Voice recording isn't transcribing properly

Try these steps:

  1. Speak clearly and at a normal pace
  2. Reduce background noise
  3. Check that Speech Recognition is enabled in Settings > Privacy
  4. Confirm your device, language, and Apple Speech settings support transcription. Voice recording itself works offline.
  5. Try restarting the app
My dreams aren't syncing across devices

iCloud sync requires active paid access and iCloud availability. To troubleshoot:

  1. Verify you have an active subscription or lifetime purchase
  2. Check that iCloud is enabled for Dream Recall in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud
  3. Ensure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID
  4. Try toggling sync off and on in Dream Recall settings
  5. Wait a few minutes - sync can take time
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find Dream Recall and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You will retain paid access until the end of your current billing period.

The WBTB alarm isn't working

Check these notification settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > Dream Recall
  2. Ensure "Allow Notifications" is on
  3. Enable "Time Sensitive Notifications"
  4. Check that your phone isn't in Do Not Disturb mode (or allow Dream Recall to break through)
  5. Verify the alarm is enabled in Dream Recall settings
How do I restore my purchase?

If you previously purchased access:

  1. Open Dream Recall
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
